At Kahoots, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
